How long is the consultation?
Consultations are about 15 minutes and can take place by phone or secure video.
Do I have to commit to therapy after the consultation?
No. The consultation is simply a conversation to explore what you need and see if it feels like a good fit. There’s no obligation to move forward.
How do I know if I should choose ongoing therapy or an intensive?
We’ll talk through your goals, timeline, and what you’re hoping to work on. Together, we’ll identify the approach that best fits your goals, timeline, and needs.
What if I’m not sure what I need yet?
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Part of the consultation is helping you gain clarity.
What is an intensive, and how is it different from weekly therapy?
Weekly therapy creates change through consistent support over time. Intensives create change through concentrated focus and momentum. Both can be effective—the right fit depends on your goals and circumstances.
Do you offer virtual sessions or in-person only?
Sessions are offered in-person and virtually. We can discuss what works best for you.
