Ways We Work Together
Therapy designed around the level of support you need.
We offer two different ways to support your healing, depending on what you need right now.
Some people are looking for steady, ongoing support over time. Others feel stuck and want a more focused, deeper approach to move forward more quickly.
Both paths are intentional—and we’ll help you choose what fits best.
Finding the Right Fit
If you’re unsure where to start, this can help:
• Choose Intensive Therapy if you want faster, deeper progress
• Choose Ongoing Therapy if you want steady support and space to grow over time
Intensive Therapy
Intensive therapy is designed for those who feel stuck and want meaningful progress in a shorter period of time.
Rather than stretching the work across months or years, intensives allow us to focus more deeply while maintaining a pace that feels grounded and manageable.
This approach can be especially helpful for trauma work, relationship healing, and seasons where you feel emotionally stuck or overwhelmed.
Our intensive options include:
• EMDR Intensives
• Couples Intensives

Ongoing Therapy
Ongoing therapy offers a steady, supportive space to work through life’s challenges at a manageable pace.
Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or biweekly, giving space to build insight, process experiences, and create meaningful change over time.
This approach may be a good fit if you’re looking for consistency, support, and space for long-term growth.
Therapy becomes a place to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a safe, confidential space to slow down and work through what’s been weighing on you.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating something difficult, therapy can help you gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and respond to life from a more grounded place.
We tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from approaches such as EMDR, EFIT, IFS, and CBT.
Trauma & EMDR Therapy
Trauma can leave lasting effects on how you think, feel, and experience the world.
EMDR therapy helps your brain process distressing experiences so they no longer feel as emotionally overwhelming or activating.
This approach can be especially helpful if past experiences continue to affect your emotions, relationships, or sense of safety.
We provide a steady, supportive space where deeper healing and resilience can begin to take place.
Anxiety & Depression Therapy
Anxiety and depression can impact every part of your life—your thoughts, relationships, and sense of direction.
Therapy helps you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and develop practical ways to respond with more clarity and control.
Together, we work toward relief, renewed energy, and a greater sense of stability.
Child Therapy
Children often express emotions through behavior rather than words, which can be confusing and overwhelming for parents.
Therapy provides a safe space for children to process emotions, build coping skills, and feel understood.
We also work closely with parents to support you in responding to your child with greater confidence and clarity.
Teen & Adolescent Therapy
Teens today face constant pressure—academically, socially, and emotionally—and it can quickly become overwhelming.
Therapy provides a supportive space where teens can process what they’re going through, develop healthy coping strategies, and feel more confident in themselves.
We help teens navigate stress, relationships, and identity with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling helps you move out of cycles of conflict, disconnection, or frustration and into clearer communication and deeper understanding.
Whether you feel stuck in the same arguments or emotionally distant, we help you rebuild trust and strengthen your connection.
Our work focuses on helping both partners feel heard, understood, and more secure in the relationship.
Christian Counseling
For those who desire it, we thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the therapy process.
This approach honors both clinical excellence and spiritual values, supporting healing of mind, heart, and faith.
